I love being part of a neighborhood’s come back. In the three years we’ve lived here, Belmont has changed significantly. And way faster than we expected. It shows a desire for change from the old to the new.
I love the location in proximity to many areas. Ability to walk or bike to uptown, NoDa, and Plaza Midwood. Great restaurants, nearby and access to a beautiful Greenway. The character of the neighborhood is unique as it is, but I look forward to the positive changes that are coming to strengthen our community even more.
While I love my peek-a-boo skyline views and the proximity to so much of what Charlotte has to offer, the best thing about Belmont is the view from my front porch. I have great neighbors who look out for each other.
